Bentley Mulsanne Key Celebrates Its Centenary

Mulliner Bentley's bespoke coachbuilding unit has created a unique keycase to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the company. It is constructed of Dark stained Walnut with Piano Black Veneer and includes a flying "B" paperweight, keys, and an original 1930s booklet that features never-before-seen 1930s 8 Litre images.

This is a great way to greet a new owner of a vehicle.

Aesthetics

Bentley is a brand that takes its aesthetics very seriously. It shows in the precision positioning of its quilting, the choice of leather sourced from by-products of cattle production, the wood from sustainably managed forests and the unique patterns on its levers. A car like the Continental GT W12 beckons as you drive by with its striking sculptural appeal and power through carefully planned lighting.

The Continental GT is the most sophisticated open-top Bentley ever created. The rear tonneau of the Continental GT, for example, featured the largest piece ever made of dark-stained Burr Walnut veneer that was book-matched. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

It is this bespoke design, quality and attention to detail that has established Bentley as the most sought-after automotive brand. The company continues to push the boundaries by utilizing the most advanced technology and workmanship, such as the introduction of an instrument cluster that is digital with an electric tilt-opening back glass sunroof and a crafted docking station for Apple iPads, and electrochromic "smart" glass that can be changed from opaque to transparent by an arrow.

Bentley celebrated its 100th anniversary this year, one hundred years after it was established. The marque, which is owned by Volkswagen alone following years of conflict with BMW and Volkswagen, had planned a number of special launches and events to mark this significant occasion. Before the pandemic planning took place, the marque had a number of special events and launches planned to celebrate this significant occasion.

The Mulsanne was redesigned and redeveloped by Bentley Mulliner to be the ultimate Grand Touring car. It features two opposing pairs of rear seats modelled on luxury private aircraft that provide passengers with unbeatable comfort and security. A customized heating, ventilation and air conditioning system has been designed to ensure that every passenger has the ideal temperature control.

Alongside a range of stylishly executed styling changes and a host of elegantly executed styling changes, the Mulsanne is powered by twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre W12 engine that is capable of producing 560bhp and 479lb-ft of torque. This prodigious power is enhanced by a new suspension system that provides Bentley's signature hushed ride.

Bentley has released a special specification for cars manufactured after 2019 to celebrate its centennial. This is known as the Centenary Specification. This includes cross-stitching and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold thread throughout the cabin. The Bentley Wings are embroidered with Centenary Gold on the headrests and seats as well as other areas of the car. This enhances the celebration. The Centenary Specification also includes a custom Bentley keycase, completing the Bentley experience.

The Bentley Mulsanne key features buttons that open the trunk, as well as a button that turns on the car. The key master bentley also has a button to turn on the parking brake. The knob can be used to fold or unfold the mirrors if you are parking in a tight space. This feature helps you get in and out of your vehicle.

Each key takes about two days to make. The key is cut by hand, then shaped, sewed and sealed, then polished to produce a premium result. It also comes with Secure-A-Key, which helps prevent theft of keys that are keyless. The device is placed inside the remote-control key fob, and will shut it off after a few minutes of inactivity, preventing thieves from transmitting the key's frequency to other devices that are able to unlock and start the vehicle.

Bentley's distinctive design is a reflection of the company's values, which include fine craftsmanship, engineering expertise and cutting-edge technology. The headquarters in Crewe is home to more than 4000 employees responsible for the development, design and production of Bentley vehicles. Personalisation

bentley flying spur key's bespoke division, Mulliner, allows customers to create their own vehicle. Customers sit at a set of pictures referred to as "mood stations" and pick a set of photos ranging from scenic vistas to sporting events - that can inspire them to design their own. As each selection is made, a pattern will emerge which shows the models and colors of the customized Bentley.

The configuration that is created is then loaded onto individual R.F.I.D.-enabled keys which are presented to guests in a handmade key case. Keys can also be fitted with Bentley Muliner Personalised Welcome Lamps which light the door's opening pathway with the owner's name or logo as they arrive at the vehicle.

Bentley estimates that it takes around 500 man-hours to construct and construct the Mulsanne. The inability to adopt new technology is the key to this laborious task. Instead of employing a machine for spacers to the perfectly matched cross-stitched leather seats, workers at the Crewe factory do it by hand. Instead of using the car's built-in sensors to guide it into perpendicular and parallel parking spots drivers must perform the task by hand.
